Payments:
We accept cash, check, debit card, credit card, (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and Hairtique and More LLC Gift cards.
Check Return:
For every time a check is returned, there will be a $26 dollar fee added on to the total of the service/retail that must be paid in full by cash or money order within 7 days.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on a level system. Stylists levels increase with seniority and continuing education, giving them the opportunity to grow as they hit their goals. Hair service prices are subject to increase based on length, thickness of hair, amount of product used, technique needed, and time needed. We suggest you make an in person consultation appointment with your desired stylist/level to get a more accurate idea of cost. Prices will not be quoted over the phone or online. All prices are subject to change.
Gift Card Policy:
To redeem a gift card or online gift certificate, it MUST be present at time of sale to be redeemed. Gift cards can be used for service and retail purchases. Hairtique and More LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards, or unauthorized use.
Gift cards never expire, are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and do not include gratuity. Packages will revert to the monetary value after 6 months of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Reward Cards:
Reward cards must be present at the time of sale to be redeemed. If you have forgotten your card, a new one will not be issued, we will check your history next time you come in to mark off your card. If you are due for your reward service, you must pay for your service and use your reward on your next visit. They must be used in consecutive months to be valid.

Deposit:
A deposit or valid card number may be asked to keep securely on file to reserve your appointment(s) based on the service, time of service, and for groups.
Cancelation/No Show:
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service to compensate the stylist for the time they had reserved for you.
If you No Call/No Show an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service cost to compensate for the stylists time reserved for you.
Not confirming your appointment does not cancel it. To cancel an appointment, you must call the salon or do it online before 24 hours. Email/text cancelations do not get received as the confirmations and reminders are automated no-reply texts and emails.
Late Arrival:
If you are late to your appointment(s), we may need to modify your service(s) or need to reschedule based on the service(s) you are receiving and the service providers schedule.
Retail Guarantee:
Your take home haircare and hairstyling products are highly recommended and picked for your individual needs by your stylist. All retail purchases may be exchanged within 14 days from purchase date. Returned product will be valued at the purchase price and go towards your replacement item. If you need any recommendations, please ask your stylist. (This does not include manufacture issues, ie: hairspray nozzle clogged)
Service Policy:
Our goal is to do our best and make everyone look and feel their best every appointment. All services are nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your service, we would like to make things right at no additional charge, if you let us know within 7 days of your service date. The rescheduled appointment will be made with the original service provider. If you would prefer a different service provider at any time, please make sure you let the receptionist know, and we will do our best accommodate you. If you cancel or no show your complimentary correction appointment, you will be charged full price if you wish to come back in for the correction.
*Please note, this does not include services that may take a couple appointments to achieve your goal. This will be discussed with your service provider.
